Iguana Den Diet

I noticed on this diet that he prepares several days worth of salads and freezes them. I was doing this months ago, but my vet told me some of the nutrients may be lost by doing so. Anyone have any thoughts on this? It sure would be a lot easier, but I don't want to jeaprodize my little sweetie's health in any way!!! Thanks. J
