Didn't you post before that your friends have been trying to catch this iguana for a year??? I'd say it's been living in the wild for some time now, if that's true. There's not much difference between a iguana sold at a pet store and the one you got from your friends, I'm sure. So you could probably raise it, but I couldn't tell you that it will get along with your other iguana. That's totally up to them. There are no sure signs that they will get along at all. You could put them together and they may seem happy for a day or two, then poof.....one of them could attack the other.....and damage can be serious. Natural areas are always best for introducing two iguanas to each other. This method should be done in short sessions for at least a month. Each time increase the time spent together and watch them. First sign of any aggression, separate them.
I would suggest a full Vet exam of this new one before introducing your other iguana to it.
