if you rely like the way it looks cut the cord off .
Baths every day are good but you can also put a bowl ( if the cage is big enough a kitty litter pan works great ) .
As for the UVB lights put a shelf right under them I recommend no more then 10 inches from the light .
I am not sure about what you know of Iguana warming or what is preached here . I will give my 2 cents and 15 years of learning . Iguanas do NOT regulate heat
from there bellies they should ONLY and I mean ONLY be heated from ABOVE ( thats where the sun is you know ) .
I have taken in to many ig's that have had there bellies COOKED by heat rocks leg burns tail burns and even a dewlap burned to black . So please never use them I
don't care what the pet store or the vet might say they have not seen what I have and hope I or you never has to see again .

I wrote many letters and spoke to many people to make it illegal for pet stores here to sell Iguanas for reasons as I just said as well as many more . This year I have
only taken in 5 ig's ( they became illegal to SELL in Maine on Jan 30 2000 ) Last year I took in 30 2 where burned by heat rock's ( just a note only one died last
year and he was one of the burned ig's the other I found a home for with a good friend who Treats him like a king ) .
I hope you and anybody else reading this will learn from it and I hope to NEVER see another burned ig or sick one for that matter ..
