Bad News

Ok - here is what i came home to last night... Stones toe is worse. I have to get in touch w/ the vet this morning...
His bone is poking through the skin now. There is a little blood there too. I cleaned it well but could do nothing else to help him. So... looks like the vet will have to amputate.
I cant even begin to tell all of you how much I've cried about this... and I feel like I am to blame somehow.
