I have had my Male Iguana for 3 years this December. 2 weeks ago his demeanor changed
360 degrees. He has never tried to bite and hasn't tail whipped since he was very small.
Last week he was cruising around and he had my kitchen cloth (Green & Brown) in his mouth
and had a death grip on it. I pulled it away, nonetheless. The next day he was out cruising
and while I was washing his bath out he climbed up to see what I was doing and latched
onto my wrist. He wasn't threatened becausse he came into the bathroom where I already was.
He didn't seem to bite in fear or agression either. It was the same death grip and I had to
literally pry him off, which upset me becasue I was bleeding quite a bit.
I have heard they get honory (spelling?) around this age and want to know if his little hormones have
kicked in AND is this normal? Will he stop? Lately I put my hands in to feed and pet him and sometimes
he wants to go for my hands and has bitten my pant legs. He is in a huge cage so he isn't confined.
HELP!!!!!
