Does your iguana use both basking spots or only one? You need to check the area(s) and see if they are up to correct temps. By basking light I assume you mean the expensive ones that sorta "pinpoint" the light downward. Try using just regular lightbulbs. If you can get the temps up to the right spot with this kind of bulb, you'll save money ;o)

And keep in mind that with the change of seasons you will need to re-check temps and adjust your bulb wattages as needed.
