Jennifer, below is a link you can click on to learn more about treating burns. I'd ditch the bactine myself *grin* If you can't get the product recommended (silvadene), then go ahead and use a triple antibiotic such as Neo-sporin. A good time to put this on is right before lights out at night. There's less chance that the iguana will rub it off or lick at it (if reachable). Since these are on her back it will be difficult to soak. My recommendation would be to get a washcloth and soak it in the warm (not hot) solution and place it on her back. The solution the article mentions is found in most drug stores. Mix some of it with warm water until it looks like weak tea to use as the soak.
Keep a real good eye on these. If they become yucky looking (oozing, etc), you are going to have to find a vet somewhere. If there are no herp vets near you, some will consult with a regular vet to diagnose & medicate.
