I would say that you have a traumatized ig, her reaction is normal. Igs hate change, they want a very secure environment. Igs get moody if you change the color of the blanket on their perch! Now, after hanging from her leash for however long, she has an attitude. Her secure universe has changed into one that bad stuff can happen, she has lost trust. You can get a tame ig back, but it will take time.
Another thing to consider, was the ig physically injured? An ig that is in pain will react defensively as well. Might want to think about a vet visit to make sure that is not the case.
