UVB light problem - please help

5 months ago I bought a 24" reptisun 5.0 UVB light and from Home Depot
I got a "commercial" 24" fixture that I wired my self. After a few
months I noticed black rings on the bulb near the ends. I called
zoomed, and they said cheap fixures from China cause that problem.
They said a U.S. made brand - "Lights of America" is cheap and works
well. They don't sell them in every place I tried.

What kinds of fixtures have worked for you? I just bought a new
bulb and don't want this one to be toast also! I don't want to spend
$30 for one at the pet store...
