You can skip the whole florescent light w/the uv heat bulbs from http://www.uvheat.com/index.html I have one for my igs and it works great. They are just screw in bulbs they produce heat and a ton of ubv radiation mine has been in for over a year and all the igs thrive on it, they have not had any access to natural sunlight since I got the bulb and are very healthy and active.
