iguana anecdotes please anyone?

Hi all! I'm writing an article about how rewarding owning non-tradition pets can be, and how it doesn't take a dog or cat to get feedback from a pet.
Does anyone here have any examples of this? WHy do you love your iguana so much? Do you find it rewarding to have an iguana? if so, why? Do you get emotional feedback?

Bascially, i want to know everything about why you love iguanas so much and choose them over a cat,dog or other more common pet.
