Eggplant???

HI, I was in the supermarket last night getting all sorts of yummy veggies for my iguana, and I saw an eggplant. Has anyone ever fed their iguana eggplant, and if I get some, would I have to peel it or take the seeds out? It's so different from the normal things I give her (squashes, zuchini, radishes, broccoli, coliflower,etc. Basically anything that looks good at the store)
