Chances are, you will need to have more than 1 UVB fixture setup; your iguana will most likely, not stay in the cage during the day. Setting up a basking branch and then let your iguana free roam for a few days and see where it likes to lay during the day. Once this is figured out, set a fixture up above that area.
As far as the litter box goes, we use water in ours. It's fairly easy to change out and most of our igs will use it.
As far as the BD goes, I wouldn't recommend mixing the two in an area......not sure if that's where you were going with that idea or not, but if by chance your ig is a male, he could turn in a minute to be very aggressive and kill the BD.
