Temp for Oven?

When I put a peice of wood in the oven to get rid of all the little things that can be living in it (after soaking it in bleach and then re soaking it in clean water) what temp do I set the oven for? I would set it outside but its cloudy and supposed to rain for the next couple of days... thanks!
