that will have killed any possible creepy crawlies on/in the branch and you don't *need* to 'cook' the branch ... if you want to anyway + it fits in the oven, i'd go with a low setting, 200 degrees for 1/2 hour tops ... that should kill anything and at the same time, not cause your wood to burst into flames (i hope!)
remember, you *have* to let anything treated with bleach to air out for a couple days for the chlorine fumes to evaporate!!!
