Iz's mom....Im not sure why MSM would be needed for an ig with renal probs. And too tired to find out! Here's what I found doing a search at www.google.com (I like this search engine cuz there's more scientific articles) After Ive gotten some sleep...I'll see what my pharmacy books have to say about them too. You can do a cut & paste and check out what I was able to find on veterinarian uses of methylsulfonylmethane and collodial silver. I'd be concerned about dosages and length of usage with the silver (toxicities). I'll see what I can find out for you after Ive gotten some sleep ok!
