Well ya know that is the reason I posted my questions here. Not to get snotty, sarcastic replys.But to educate myself through other owners opinions, and experiances. . . Would you rather I just took my chances and did what ever I felt as a novice, Without trying to learn more about Iguanas??? I really didn't appriciate the tone of your reply making me feel like an idiot. Now I kinda wish I didn't post at all! And NO you didn't MISS anything unless you didn't read my whole post, I wasn't planning on covering the pool but didn't think she could climb a foot up a slippery surface. Maybe she can. I don't know, I am NOT an Iguana expert! I can not have her free roaming because she would die in the winter. We have a older home that doesn't stay very warm. However in the room I was planning on useing for her. I use a heater that keeps it reallly warm in the summer since that is where my parrots spend the winter months as well, Also I don't want droppings all over my kitchen floor, And I have a ferret, and 2 cats that may not get along with her.
