until you know your ig (+ his language) better, both Posturing and *most* bobbing should be takin as a warning to *Stay Away* ... if his dewlap is extended when he's bobbing, it is *not* a friendly bob, it *is* a warning bob ... ignoring his warning signs will very likely get you hand-slapped, tail-whipped or bitten! (+ trust me, ya don't wanna get bitten by an ig!)

oh ~ the vibrating head thing is a "shudder bob" ... it's still a warning to "leave me alone", but it looks funnier than heck doesn't it?!?!?
