Very strange, need medical advice

hello, its been a while, but you all have always helped me in the pass so here is another.i have 2 igs i have kept in the same cage for 6 months now, one is a foot and a half and the other is 4 feet, the smaller one i have noticed is getting these large bumps on his taiL, its looks almost as if he has marbles in his tail, but not quit that big, what could it be? thannk you
