Sick Iguana

I'm not sure how it was taken care of before I found it. I discovered tiny red and black bugs in the cage. Went to the pet store and bough something to kill mites. Then the next day I noticed it's toes on it's back feet are falling off. Its feet look like stubs. There is only one toe left on both back feet. What can I do. The poor thing is breaking my heart.
