Here goes, all criticism is accepted, so give it to me, the more I get
the better my salad gets: (Ya'll are probably real tired of my food questions)
WEEK 1
Collards, Turnip,mustard,and dandelion greens, escarole!
Butternut squash, green beans, cilantro
Papaya
WEEK 2
Collards(2 times), turnip,mustard,and dandelion greens!
Butternut squash, parsley, cucumber
pear
Crushed zoomed ig food
WEEK 3
Dandelion(2 times) turnip,mustard, and collard greens!
Spaghetti squash, green peppers or okra, curly endive
Raspberries
WEEK 4
Collard,mustard,turnip,and dandelion greens, escarole!
Spaghetti squash,asparagus,sweet potato,rapini
grapes
Crushed zoomed ig food
Whatcha think, now before knocking me around again, remember:
I know some things don't have a high ratio but I feed them to bring
the overall ratio down, because a couple of weeks I have a 3:1 ratio!
Is this bad? Just want to make sure none of my items are bad and
I am feeding one too much that could cause problems! Also, I do the squashes
like that because they are so big and I can use them for 2 weeks!
