Here's my 4 week diet, I'm gonna try and stick with!
WEEK 1 :
Greens: Collards, Turnip, Mustard, Escarole, Chickory(main staple)
Cilantro, Butternut squash, green beans
Papaya
Crushed Zoomed soft Ig food(small portion)

WEEK 2:
Collard, Turnip, Mustard, Escarole, Chickory(main)
Butternut squash, Parsley, cucumber
Naval Orange

WEEK 3:
Collard(2 times), Turnip, Mustard, Chickory(main)
Kale, spaghetti squash, eggplant or green pepper
raspberries
Crushed Zoomed Ig food(small portion)

WEEK 4:
Collard, Turnip, Mustard, Escarole, Chickory
Bok Choy, spaghetti squash, sweet potato, asparagus
Apple or pear

Whatcha think, sound like an all around good diet!
Hibiscus plants will be in season next month and will leave one
in his cage to snack on also.
I will also add Dandelion greens when they are available!
One question: Saw a green leafy veggie that had little small looking bloom type
berries on it, and the leaf looked like a turnip green leaf, it
had a label that said RAPINA? Ever heard of this and is it any good, looked tasty
from an IG perspective, but so does lettuce? Any info and comments always appreciated!!!
Thanks

Ziggi and IG27
