See below:
WEEK 2:
Collard, Turnip, Mustard, Escarole, Chickory(main)Butternut squash, Parsley, cucumber
Naval Orange

The cucumber really has no value other than moister. I'd go easy on the oranges (acid). Of course according to Iz's mom, its his favorite. Our igs run in terror even at the sight of them. LOL

WEEK 3: Collard(2 times), Turnip, Mustard, Chickory(main)Kale, spaghetti squash, eggplant or green pepper raspberries

Ditch the Kale and eggplant. Ig27, you live in the South. Stick with Collars, Mustard, turnip and dandelion greens!
WEEK 4: : Collard, Turnip, Mustard, Escarole, Chickory Bok Choy, spaghetti squash, sweet potato, asparagus Apple or pear

I'd forgo the bok choy (its cabbage like and not a good choice). Don't forget that apple seeds are toxic. Be darn sure no seeds make their way into his salad.

Hibiscus plants will be in season next month and will leave one in his cage to snack on also.

If you are buying a potted plant, you need to wait at least a month before giving it to your ig. Almost every nursey where the plants come from are sprayed. Whatever is sprayed on the plants will go into your ig!
