Iguana Den and MK salad, what a debate??? What's up with that!!

Just read the Iguana Den in detail, man, I'm super confused now??
Who is right, which is better? Iguana Den makes some good points, but I
just don't know! I guess just feed it what you want except for what is toxic, and
hope it lives a long time? I'm totally lost now! Just want to have the most
nutritious salad for my IG and it seems so difficult, people say one thing is good, then
its bad! On Ig Den list, I saw Iceburg lettuce had more nutrition than some item
recommended by MK? It's crazy! ANy ideas or do I just pick and hope for the best? Think I will
make up Ziggi's Salad???
