I personnally don't like the way Kevin has to down grade people by making things so vicious. Just don't pay attention to his over whelming attitude and just look at information. He has some good ideas. My end thoughts (and they're just mine) were that his diet was extremely high in calium. Which would probably work for igs with tremendous calium deficiences(sp?) and other health problems. As I said in a post lower, I decided to use a combination diet, a little from all the good sites.
