Does anyone mist there iguana besides bathing?

I use a mister with room temperature water, she seems to like that as she closes her eyes and turns her head to get the water all over. I especially do this in the summer months to lizzy as we live in Chicago where it gets very humid and we have no air. Is this a good thing? I just went home for lunch and gave Lizzy some fresh food and misted her a little and talked to her. Hope I am not doing something I should not be. She even licks the water from the leaves, even though she has two containers, one for drinking and a shallow one for bathing.
