Is it ok, adequate UVB??

Is it ok for Ziggi to sit in the window sill with the window up and screen in!
He loves it, but was wondering if he gets adequate UVB through the window screen.
The glass is out of the way, but the screen is in! Thanks. I only let him do this on the
weekends when I'm home!
