help plesase:iggy convultions

my sisters iggy has gone into convultions 4 times in the last 5 days, he stiffens out and the falls down and lays there stomach up.Hasn't eaten or drank since this started and the vet in our area is not familiar with Iguanas. wondering if anyone has seen a similar situation? any suggestions would be appreciated !
