I have to echo HD on the "get to a vet." If you'd share where your sister is located, perhaps some of us here know of a good vet in or near your area. I only know that iguanas can have seizures/convulsions...I don't know the cause of them. In dogs, it is the onset of epilepsy in most cases. And this can be treated with an oral medication. I don't know what would cause it and what they could do about it in reptiles. Barring finding a good, experienced reptile vet, is there possibly a university in your area with a vet school? Sometimes these are your best bet for finding someone (professor, etc) who is knowledgeable about stranger things in reptiles. Please get back on this and see if someone can give you a name.
