KD....this is something you cannot correct at home. This ig needs to see a reptile vet asap. Below is a link to reptile vets all over the US. Hopefully someone close to you. No phone numbers ...just names & addresses you will need directorey assistance to get the #s.
Since this is happening in the last few days...definately sounds neurological...perhaps fumigants or exposure to toxins and even severe vitamin defiencies can cause seizure-like convulsions. It can also be congenital a reptile vet can help you to determine what is happening and why. If the iguana has had exposure to chemical fumes like paints...then get it away from them asap. I'd up the temps in his cage about 10 degrees, and start giving him some warm water soaks. But ya got to get him to a vet like yesterday!
