Just went and looked at the nighttime temp in Sneakers cage. Warm side is 80 and cool side is 75 degrees. Sneakers is curled up on the 80 degree side right now. But about half the time he is on the cooler side to sleep. Guess it just depends on how he feels.

We actually have 2 basking spots in the cage. One far side using a 100 watt bulb, one in the middle using a 75 watt, and the other far end using nothing. It usually ranges in the daytime from 95 degrees on the hot side to 75 degrees on the side with nothing. The middle of the cage stays about 80-85 degrees. Sneakers is usually found, 50% of the time, at the middle basking spot (80-85) degrees. In the morning he will go to the hot side to warm up.

Don't go to hot, I read somewhere that a green iguana will die at about 114 degrees. Amazing I remember things but not where I got them from. Comes with age I suppose.
