I wouldn't worry too much about the 75 degrees at the other end, since I'm sure the basking end is warm enough.

Our Lola, rarely sleeps under the ceramic heater at night. And the room temps are in the upper 70's at night. Last night was the first time, I've seen her under her ceramic heater in at least 3 months. They seem to like (ours, I mean) to sleep with the temps in the upper 70's at night, because of all them could be sleeping under their ceramic heaters, where the temps are in the low to mid 80's, but they don't.
