What's up with this? I haven't been to MK's site in a while and I see all this controversy about diets? LOL! I can't believe this is even going on. Anyone else ever check this out? If so, what's your take on it? Seems kind of silly to me that there is an argument going on about "who has the best diet on the web." Personally, I read, read, read, and then make my own choices based on the information that I get, but this all seems a little petty to me.
