This has to be THE stupidest longest running agrument. You should read both diets and educate yourself(like everyone has already said =}) I think the reason this is so long running is because there are quite a few mindless zombies that just follow the crowd without finding out why things are the way they are. Both diets are good, but my opinion is neither is perfected. The thing that bugs me the most about the online iguana community is that if it conflicts with what MK has said it is automatically wrong. So as a result a lot of things are made a lot bigger than they really are.
