What I did was look at all the recent diets, see what all the common items are ( what matched from one diet to the other ). If you really look there are at least 50 food items that most everyone agrees on ( even MK ). This makes up our shopping list. By the way, I have yet to find any ig that will eat alfalfa. Also none of our igs will touch any of the pet store ig food from any manufacturer, if you want it, I will gladly mail it to you - free.
