Iguana bath...

When I pick up Slater twice a day, one out of those two times I take Slater to the tub to give him a warm soaking. Slater doesn't like the tub much at all. Won't he learn that when I pick him up I will probably bring to the tub and he'll lose trust in me (actually he have to start trusting me first.)?
