sick iguana needs help

hi i have a friend that just got a nw iguana and its nose is messd up from th cadge it was in bfro i told her to put nosporin on the nos caus this is what i was told to do was i right? my next qustion is the sam iguana has a lump in its tail that look slike a ring it gose all the way around th tail can anyon help with this or is it not even a problem? if it is a problem can somone tell me what is hapenig to th tail and how to fix it thanx a whole bunch for everythig
