Do Iguanas Smell?!?

Hi all! I've been considering adopting an iguana since my new apartment complex actually allows reptiles!(YEAH!!!) This isn't a big concern on my part, but I was wondering on behalf of the apartment complex.....do iguanas smell bad? I've heard people say that the iguana itself has a distinctive odor whether you clean the cage out or not! Is this true or just a rumor? Thanks in advance to all who respond!
