Have you kicked up the cage temps?Getting her in the sunshine if possible? Tried her favorite foods with the meds tucked into it? If so,,,,then it's force feeding.Sometimes ya gotta do what's best for them.Towel wrap her so she can't struggle and hurt herself and do your best.Please keep us informed.
Can you find any hibiscus flowers or leaves to hide meds in?Just a thought since we're in Fla and ours are still in bloom.
