? for the resident ig-perts ~ about weird urates ...

ok ~ remember iZ *has* been diagnosed with severe kidney disease ... he's been doin' pretty good lately, gaining some weight back, getting some strength back ... eating + drinking lots ... lots of pedialyte ... however, last night (+ tonight) i noticed that along with passing nice, thin, white urates, he also passed a *chunk* of hard white stuff ... it was definitely urates in a very solid form ... white all the way thru, but very hard ... *heavy sigh*

so ~ question ~ any chance this is in any way normal??? or is this a sign of his kidney problems??? (of course it happens on a weekend so i can't call his doc til monday ....)
