My insomniac ig is driving me nuts, and isn't eating right!!! Please help me.

My ig, Pavel, has become an insomniac for no apparent reason.
His house is right next to my bed and so he is constantly
scratching all night long and wakes up everybody in the house.
His appetite has declined to almost nothing, and nobody
can figure out why. There are absolutely no reptile veterinarians
within 100 miles of where I live, and I am very worried about him.
There is one lady nearby who claims to be a reptile vet, but she
overdosed my friend's ig on anesthetics and killed it. Please
anybody help, I am really worried.
