This post is pretty harsh for the iguana forum-- I have never seen anything mean or obnoxious happen in this forum-- not even any real arguments that I can recall. I never go to the monitor forum, but if it is anything like the bearded dragon forum, it can get very childish and rediculous in my opinion. There are some very good people on that forum and I enjoy hearing their opinions, but when 50 posts get taken up on arguing about the viablility of breeding different colors (and some nasty mudslinging) I really lose respect for some people. But if they enjoy that, who am I to judge? I just don't partake in those discussions. I try to help (if I can) the many unanswered posts of a legitimate beardie concern when half the people are too busy arguing to notice someone really needs help! However, if people are trying to give you legitimate advise, it is good to listen and sort through the abrasive personalities to get to the important facts. I admit, I talk about my beardie sometimes on this forum because it is my favorite, so I can see you spilling it in here, but if you don't have an ig. and have never come here before, this is a strange place to post...
