Biten

I was biten by my iquana last night, it took over a minute to get it off.
He went down to the bone and there was blood all over the place it was pretty nasty and still hurts this morning.
I washed the cuts out with alcohol and betadine. Anything else I should do? i.e. call the vet and get it tested for samonella, or call my doctor.
