Finding a home

Anybody got any pointers on finding a home for an adult iguana? I'm going to be relocating from California to Alabama in the very near future and while I would absolutely love to take Kermit with me, I'm afraid that the stress of a move like this will really take its toll on him. He's a 5 yr old male, absolutely gorgeous, somewhat tame. He's a one human iguana, meaning he only will tolerate the owner and maybe one or two other people. Other than that he is pretty shy. He isn't agressive at all. He really is very very sweet. It breaks my heart to even consider placing him somewhere else but I think it would be in his best interest. Let me know...
