Hi!
It sounds like your iguana still has either a calcium deficiency that is progressing- are you sure that you have the UVB florescent tube set up right? It should be no more than 18 inches above the ig with no glass or plastic between the light and ig as glass and plastic both block out vital UVB rays. Fine screen blocks out UVB as well, so if the light is over a screened lid please make sure the screen has large holes. (also make sure she has a good diet and is at the proper temps!). Your UVB light should be replaced if it is more than a year old. Actually considering your iguana is going through so much I would replace the tube if it's older than 6 months actually.
The second cause for your iguana's problems could also be a thiamin deficiency. What do you feed her? Fresh veggies and fruit I hope? see Iguana Care, Feeding and Socialization (ICFS)
http://www.sonic.net/~melissk/icfs.html for some very good diet info! If you have been freezing the salad that you make for your iguana, or using prefrozen veggies they may be lacking vitamin B and this could cause a vitamin B deficiency which can cause some of the neurological symptoms (ie found on back) that you have been seeing. If you freeze the food at all or use frozen veggies please make sure you add a tiny sprinkle of vitamin B1 powder before serving your ig her salad.
As for the not moving legs ... partial paralysis due to the break? Maybe she also has a break in her spine from weakened bones? What treatment did the vet put your ig on? Did the vet prescribe liquid calcium? 1 mg/kg twice a day orally? If not ... you might want to go to a pharmacy and pick some liquid calcium (calcium sandoz, calcium gluboconate) up and some needless syringes and start getting a bit into your iguana ... that's 1 mg per kilogram (a kilogram is 1000 gms or 2.2 lb)
You really should take your iguana to a vet- maybe a different vet ... if you need to find a new vet seach these links:
