Here in Jerome, ID they are looking at the cat leash law. Along with that they are now trying to pass a law that allows you to only have 2 animals of any variety. With 3 dogs, 2 cats, 4 birds, a turtle, an ig and soon to have 2 bds this law would be a little tough on us. All the animals we can hide, sort of, except for the dogs. Which one of our dogs would we have to give up to the animal shelter? Most of our friends are in the same boat because they keep taking in strays also. What the heck is going on? I understand about dangerous animals. Lots of non-thinking people think its great to get a baby tiger and then don't know what to do with it once it eats the family dog. Not wanting elephants, lions, tigers & bears within city limits is reasonable. But all inclusive laws are scary.
