Hello I'm an Iguana owner:
I'm writting from Argentina.
It's the first time I have an Iguana and I have some doubts about them. The main problem is the temperature because in this country the winter gets very cold.
I bought Jack in October-November (spring-summer) so I didn't have trouble, but at this time of the year is not the same. I moved his habitat, and he's in my bedroom now. I talked to the vet and he told me about hot rocks, but I don't know if they're good for Iguanas or not.I read somewhere that hot rocks burn reptiles and I heard about ceramic lamps, but I don't know if I they're sold in petstores in Argentina.
Wich is the best way to heat his habitat?
The last thing is that I couldn't also tame him.
He doesn't get used, he seems to be always thinking of escaping.
I would like that someone give me some advice.
I'm waitting for your answer.
Thank you and Sorry for my English.
Pablo
