I think your English is fine... much better than some who post here :> (myself included from time to time).
If you can't order from Big Apple, you can also try www.herpsupplies.com - I order ALL of my supplies through them as they are very inexpensive. They do offer international shipping, but I do not know what it would cost you.
The ceramic heat bulbs are a very good way to keep your iggy warm without light. During the day, as previously stated, regular incandescent light bulbs work wonders. Don't forget your UVB lighting, either!
I just ordered a hood from herpsupplies that holds one 18 inch fluorescent tube and two incandescent bulbs. It cost me $45 and the UVB vita light was $13.95 (all American currencies). Regular lightbulbs are cheap. For around $60 American, you can setup for proper UVB lighting and daytime heat.
