Mite problem

I've found mites on my 3 iguanas. The infestation doesn't appear
to be bad; I've found very few over the past few weeks. In fact
I just realized that it wasn't an isolated mite the other day.
I've rinsed the kids in water with tea tree oil and
sprayed down their enclosure with a tea tree/water mix. I had
fleas last year and found that tea tree and cedar oils helped
with them. Has anyone had any experience with iguanas and tea
tree oil? Or mites and tea tree oil? I would rather stay away
from chemical substances if possible. Thanks.
