I have an adult black rat that has been cooled and ready to breed this year. I am not to familier with rat snakes as I mainly deal with boas and pythons. I was wondering can I breed he black rat with any other spieces in the Elaphe group or only certain ones. I was going to try to breed it with something unusual and different. Please let me know. If you have anysuggestion about what type of snake I could breed with my black rat to have nice looking, different babies. I was just wanting to do this for fun and I am not trying to make money or anything so it doesnt have to be some rare colubrid. Thanks all
